*The toilet in the master bathroom needs attention. If you don't hold down the handle until it completely flushes, it nears overflowing and seems clogged. $30 rebuild kit, or maybe just a new flapper.

The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped and the living room was well laid out for relaxation after a fun day of skiing. Highly recommend.

I booked this property for 3 days. It was a great home with many things to do. It is located in the northern side of lake tahoe very convenient and amazing view. It is very close to the lake and has private access. The home owner is amazing and responds in less than 5 minutes. They kindly helped to arrange a snowblower to open the entrance. They were very kind. I strongly recommend this proprty to everyone

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! First time ever borrowing someone else's home. We absolutely loved it! I already sent you personal messages about a tiny booboo I found. Im sure you guys will fix it. Nothing to rant about publicly. The location, the privacy, the view and comfort was amazing. We plan on coming back!! Everything you need for living was all available. The home was clean, comfortable, especially the beds! May I just add the water pressure as an added bonus!?! Better than mine at home lol. My kids enjoyed the privacy of the pool. We all felt safe and comfortable the entire duration of our visit. So cozy. Basically all good stuff. Even communication with host/property management was top notch! Definitely planning our next trip very soon!! Thank you!
