Curl up in front of the fire as you stream your favorite series and movies on the smart cable TV. The living room offers a cozy place with comfortable sofas, exposed wood beams, and ample windows. Complete with all the essentials, the well-equipped kitchen will make cooking a breeze. Try out that new recipe you saw online and surprise your friends with a culinary masterpiece. Additionally, you can find a washer/dryer in the home for your laundry needs. We enjoyed a great proximity to downtown and Palisades Tahoe. The house is well-decorated and well-equipped with great amenities.

Spacious and comfortable. Nice big kitchen and bathrooms. Two parking spots were convenient and close. Note that the hot water runs out pretty fast and the hot tub is like two blocks away. Beds pretty firm too.

What we liked: all the three bedrooms are of decent size, common area very spacious and comfortable, smart TV in the living room for streaming, kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, drip coffee maker, all kinds of plates and bowls etc (even a tea kettle!), walking path to the lake, around 15-min drive to Palisades Alpine or Palisade Tahoe bases. Something to be aware of: the hot tub is inside a building around 4-min walk from the unit, it can hold 4 adults and doesn't have jets and bubbles, just hot water; the hot water in the showers only lasts for 2-3 people continuously and then becomes cold, so that if you have more people in your party, you will need to stagger showering times.
