After a day on the trails or the lake, unwind in your private dry sauna, the perfect place to relax and recharge before another day of exploring.

Step outside and enjoy beautifully maintained, park-like grounds featuring a sparkling swimming pool, multiple tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, and a children's playground. Please note: the community hot tub is currently being resurfaced and is expected to reopen in September. Whether you're starting your morning with a friendly pickleball match, cooling off in the pool during the summer, or enjoying the peaceful mountain setting, there's something for every guest to enjoy.

Your Tahoe adventures are even easier thanks to the home's included recreation gear. Guests are welcome to use two kayaks with life vests, four beach chairs, six beach towels, sand toys, and two inflatable lake floats, making it simple to spend the day enjoying Lake Tahoe without packing all the extras.

Ideally situated within the complex, the condo provides easy access to nearby hiking and biking trails, the natural beauty of Skylandia State Park, and endless year-round recreation. Spend your days exploring Lake Tahoe's crystal-clear shoreline, paddling along the water, enjoying scenic bike rides, or hiking through the surrounding forests before returning to your peaceful mountain retreat.

Downtown Tahoe City is just a short drive or bike ride away, where you'll find local restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, shopping, and waterfront activities.
