The location of the stay was perfect: a little removed from the city center but walkable to everything. Direct access to a private cove at the lake and short walk from a local beachfront. I wasn’t happy with the slow communication when it came down to the parking pass for the rental I had for my trip. There were additional rules to not touch the thermostat when during the trip the temperatures had dropped a significant amount (night into the low 40s). The dining room ceiling light didn’t work. As for cleanliness there were clear spider webs in the kitchen that weren’t tended to and I had to sweep the back porch area to sit in it. Overall things that could have been addressed before my stay.

Avari response:

Agradecemos sinceramente tu comentario, Roxana.

The place was perfect for what we needed. Location, parking, even its own private beach. From that part we couldn't have asked for anything better. There were some issues with the wifi. Not that we NEEDED it but advertising high speed and it working worse than our data I think was a miss.

Avari response:

Thank you, Tyler, for sharing your experience with us. We're thrilled to hear that the location and private beach met your needs so perfectly. It’s wonderful to know you enjoyed those aspects of your stay.

We genuinely appreciate your feedback about the wifi. We understand how important reliable connectivity can be, and we’re sorry to hear it didn’t meet your expectations. That’s definitely something we’ll look into to ensure future guests have a smoother experience.

We hope to welcome you back soon for another stay, where we can provide you with the comfort and quality you deserve.
