Cheap place to stay in a great area. Barebones house with some issues, but livable.

Good location and good price.

The home is a bit rundown and there are broken items that I know have been broken for a long time based on reading reviews on other sites (where the host responded and said they would be addressed). For example, the blinds in the upstairs bedroom don't open, and the ladder to the top bunk is missing a rung, making it dangerous to get in and out. The hot tub water was cloudy. Further, there was no flexibility on check-in and check-out despite my stay almost certainly not running up against other bookings. Also would be nice if they provided firewood.

The place is in a good location. However the grill doesn’t work and the photo of deck is misleading, the lake is no where near the house. The house also has webs and is dusty. The jacuzzi was good however the light feature is broken and they dont have proper lighting outdoors for it. The host communication is all automated and you can’t reach them if any issues arises

Many of the amenities were not up to parr. The bbq was out of propane and when asking management for a replacement they were very slow to response despite being quick to respond to other questions. Many lights were not working and the knives were dull. The bunk bed was also very shaky and need to be repaired. Overall, location and home were great, management was not.

Wonderful location, we had a great time walking to restaurants and the water. Lots to do and see while still being quiet and peaceful in the off-season. House was very old, a little dusty, but about right for the price. We enjoyed our stay!
