This home is rustic in all the right ways, with a modern design and luxurious comfort throughout. Private bedrooms lie on the bottom floor, while the upper floor features an open loft bedroom space with an en suite bathroom with a clawfoot tub. Enjoy cooking in the full kitchen, where modern full-size appliances keep you in good food. But the step-up deck might be your favorite place to stargaze at night. THINGS TO KNOW Netflix and HBO streaming are available with guest accounts. The woodstove is not operational. Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home. Lake Tahoe is a mountain town, and the internet signal differs from big cities. When there are not a lot of people in town, the internet is high-speed. The internet will ebb and flow as the town fills up and people stream.

We really enjoyed our stay in this cute A-frame cabin. There was plenty of room for our family and our pets, and the surrounding area is beautiful — we loved having hiking right outside. It was also very convenient being only about 15 minutes from the stateline/casino area which was perfect for new years. The home is older and the furniture shows its age, but everything worked fine and we were comfortable.

We had a great time staying at the home while moving our daughter to college at LTCC to play soccer. I thought the house would be far away but we loved the location and would stay here again. Comfy beds, nice upstairs bathtub to relax in. Deck needs updating but overall we loved our stay and will be back!
