City of South Lake Tahoe Short Term Rental Ordinances Violation of ordinances can result in fines up to $1500:
a. The maximum occupancy of this property at all times, 24 hours a day, is 4 persons. Up to 2 children aged 13 and under do not count towards this occupancy limit.
b. Weddings, receptions, and commercial events are prohibited.
c. No use of outdoor spas or hot tubs is allowed after 10pm or before 8am.
d. No outdoor amplified music, speakers, or other noise-generating equipment is allowed after 10pm or before 8am.
e. Parking is prohibited on unpaved surfaces or on neighboring private property without permission. Parking is allowed only on paved surfaces.
f. Parking of commercial vehicles on the property is prohibited, except temporarily for durations of less than 4 hours.
g. Camping and sleeping in tents, travel trailers, campers, or recreational vehicles is prohibited at the property.
h. Trash and recycling shall not be left or stored outside except in a container (trash can) within a bear box or in an animal-resistant cart provided for use by South Tahoe Refuse.

We had a wonderful stay here, the space was exactly what was described. We took advantage of the bbq grill and it was clean and worked great. The space had an abundant of things you may need to cook, clean, relax. Was a beautiful experience and a gorgeous space to unwind. Close to so many good trails and lakes, host was very responsive and although we didn’t, we had the opportunity to check in early due to it being ready early! This is a great plus for those traveling far. I would recommend this 10x over and will happily stay again when visiting again. Thank you for much Avari mngmnt you were an amazing host! Best air bnb we’ve stayed at thus-far!

We didn't need a lot of what was available, just sleep and shower, so it exceeded our needs. The only thing uncomfortable was the lighting, very dark, and with 3 adults sharing one bath, being able to use the bedroom mirror for grooming to free up the bathroom would be helpful, but it was way too dark. The shower curtain rod needs to be secured, fell down twice when the guys showered, and a grab bar would be helpful. Thank you.

I am so impressed with the amount of gadgets and amenities in the kitchen. We were able to make our French hot cocoa with Chantilly lace whipped cream. A special thanks for the coffee maker, which is a bean to cup machine. We were so pleasantly surprised with the amount of snow in the yard and the sledding equipment! The space is so comfortable, and the hot tub was the cherry on top.
