The private hot tub on the deck is ideal for indulgent soaks year-round. With 4,400 square feet of living space, this luxurious home offers ample room to both relax and entertain. The expansive third floor has a lake-view living area with a wood-burning fireplace and a TV. The updated, well-appointed kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare delectable meals, including a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a five-burner gas cooktop, granite countertops, and a breakfast nook. The second floor is home to the elegant primary suite, which boasts a stunning lake view, a private sunroom, a living space with a TV, a walk-in closet, and an open bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, soaking tub, and water closet. On this level, you'll also find three more bedrooms, two full bathrooms, hot tub access, and a laundry room with a washer/dryer, sink, and an iron and ironing board. The ground floor features a fully stocked game with pool and card tables, a 55' TV, and a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, and mini-fridge. The en suite bathroom connects to the bunkroom. Things to Know Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. This home does not have air-conditioning. This property is managed by Vacasa Nevada LLC.

The 4,000 sf and 3 levels with awesome views was great for our family with 3 generations. We were lucky we came between snow storms as the road to the house could be tough with snow, especially if you do not have 4wd.

Lookout Lodge proved to be an outstanding rental property for our large group of 6 adults and 4 teens. It was spacious and comfortable, with bedrooms, bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of seating for our meals and snacks. At every level of the house, including the rooftop deck, the views of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding mountains were spectacular. The house had plenty of tvs with good cable access, a nice recreation area on the bottom floor with a pool table and card table. The location turned out to be great, just off Hwy 50 with easy access to beaches, hiking trails, parks, restaurants, and shops. The city of South Tahoe was minutes away. All in all, Lookout Lodge in Zephyr Cove was an excellent vacation choice with all members of our group giving it rave reviews.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway! The views from this home are spectacular! The home could use a deep cleaning, especially in the windows as these were used during our stay for fresh air. Lots of spider webs and dead bugs in window seals. Other than that, this home is nicely furnished, comfortable and very big for a fun family getaway!
