Community amenities are conveniently located right on the property. Lake Tahoe is within one mile away, offering lots of waterside fun. Winter adventure at Heavenly Mountain Resort is three miles away, allowing for summertime hiking and biking trails. Things to Know Children 5 years of age and younger do not count towards occupancy. Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

The perfect place for a quiet, comfortable, beautiful vacation!

We loved the home and the community. Loved the private beach with the lounge chairs. The two full bathrooms right next to eachother was a bit odd. We assumed there would be one on the first floor and one on the second floor. It was still nice having two of them though. The first floor was very cold and trying to warm it up made the 2nd floor and loft uncomforably hot. We did finally find extra blankets though. We were surprised that there were no coffee filters for the coffee maker. It was a bummer to wake up and find out that we'd have to go buy them. We didn't know what kind of a coffee maker there was or we would have brought them. We did leave some behind for the next guest. Overall the place was lovely and we had a great time.
