You can't beat the location. Beachfront access and view are phenomenal. Zephyr community is less congested with people. If you want to be where the action is, it's a short drive to the casinos, ski resort, restaurants, and shopping.

The closest I've ever stayed to the water Excellent view. We had the beach to ourselves in a weekday in September. Spacious with plenty of bathrooms, with nice amenities like heated floors. Took off a star for minor cleanliness issues and loose carpeting that felt like a slipping hazard.
