We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy condo at the Embarcadero! The location was wonderful, and we especially loved being right by the marina. The condo felt peaceful and relaxing, with lots of natural light during the day and a very cozy atmosphere at night.
We happened to stay during some very windy coastal weather, and listening to the wind and the bells from the boats in the marina ended up being one of my favorite memories of the trip. It was such a unique and peaceful experience.
The condo does have an older coastal feel and had a bit of an older/marine-type odor when we first arrived, but after freshening up the space we were comfortable. Everything we needed was there for a relaxing stay, and the host was responsive when we had questions.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and made some wonderful memories here during my 50th birthday trip to Newport. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, cozy place near the bay. 🌊❤️

Exceptional view of Yaquina Bay, the bridge, and the boat traffic. Super easy walk to and along the bayfront. We were disappointed that Embarcadero restaurant served only dinner and not breakfast. Yet, we did find an awesome cafe along the bayfront. The Embarcadero resort needs to work on some exterior lighting issues. Room access was very easy. Communication with the VRBO was excellent, responsive, and prompt. There were a couple of room issues that we notified VRBO about. Otherwise, the space was exceptional, comfortable, and I definitely would stay there again.

This location was all we hoped it would be…glass, deck, and perfect view of the marina. With two separate bedrooms and a full bath, plus a reasonably well-stocked kitchen, it made a very good spot for our almost week-long stay. That said, it could use some spiffing up. It has older kitchen and bath decor and fixtures, the floor is a bit uneven, and there are many stains on the living room carpet. We were very happy there!

It is simply a Fun Fun place. Crabbing off of the dock is so fun! Everything to cook crab is right by the dock (including instructions)!
