We loved the central location, close to Nye Beach and Dutch Bros! Both were in walking distance EXCEPT that the house is at the top of a steep hill and most of us were too old to safely descend down the hill or to handle the climb back up. ;>} So we drove, and chose to get our walks in down on the beach, no big deal. We're really looking forward to returning the next time we stay in Newport. It's a charmingly renovated home with a FUN-ky vibe that resonated with all four generations that stayed in the home (and the hot tub was a huge bonus for the hot tub lovers). If you stay here, check out the adorable built-in drawer/step stool in the back bathroom that can be pulled out for little people to stand on so they can reach the sink. Loved it!

The house was kind of split up with a bedroom with a Murphy bed in it that was great for keeping an eye on our kids, but might not be what everyone is looking for. The road is a little hidden up to the house, but once you find it it's no problem.

A very quiet location with a good view, nice amenities, a great hot tub, and retro furnishings. The property appears to have been built in the mid-20th century, but has been upgraded in many ways while maintaining its original character. The property is somewhat secluded/hidden, so we recommend viewing it on Google Earth so you can more easily arrive at the correct location.

The house was just what we needed for our family. Parking is tight, but the owner was very gracious. Vacasa was also very gracious to us as well. Nice location, close to the beach and many amenities. Lots of extra bedding and towels.
