This condo enjoys a prime beachfront location in the historic Nye Beach neighborhood of Newport. It's a fantastic spot for exploring on foot, with a number of restaurants and shops in the surrounding blocks. You'll also be close to the Newport Historic Bayfront (one mile), Agate Beach State Recreation Site (one mile), the renowned Oregon Coast Aquarium (two miles), and the whale-watching epicenter of Depoe Bay (13 miles). Whether you're visiting in summer or winter, the south- and west-facing windows fill the condo with gorgeous views and natural light. Begin each morning on the balcony, breathing in the fragrant ocean air with a fresh cup of coffee in hand. Enjoy an open kitchen with every essential, an adjacent dining table, and a window-lined living room where you can keep one eye on the smart TV and the other on the breathtaking view. In the evenings, you'll find a second smart TV in the bedroom, complimentary WiFi throughout the condo, and two full bathrooms for your convenience - one to pair with the bedroom and the other for the guest on the living room sofabed. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Great location and incredible view of the ocean. Stairs to the beach give great access. Loved to be able to see the beach from the kitchen, living room and the balcony was a great place to sit and enjoy the ocean.

The view is so good, any other small short comings are quickly forgotten. From the living room, you can see Yaquina lighthouse, the old lighthouse, the Newport Bridge on 101 and of course miles of beach! Walkable to the main part of Nye Beach with all the shops and restaurants (and ice cream!). Very homey and easy to get comfortable in, with a small, but full kitchen so restaurants are not required for every meal. The pool looks clean and nice, but being April, we didn't use it. No elevator to the third floor, so keep that in mind if stairs are a challenge. We already booked it again!

A clean condo with a lovely view. Bed was comfy, couch not so much. Well equipped kitchen except for no potholders and only 1 kitchen towel. We used the bath hand towels and wash cloths as potholders. Overall a good place, just needs some upgraded furniture.
