Lovely stay. The room was clean, the view was amazing right on the beach, the heater worked great, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The bed was fine, just super soft, but I've stayed in other rooms at the hotel, and they were better. But by no means would it prevent me from staying again. The staff is friendly, and I love how close the touristy downtown is to the hotel, a very easy walk.

This studio has the most beautiful view of the ocean, beach, and lighthouse right off the semi-private balcony. We enjoyed watching dogs playing on the sand and listening to the ocean waves at night. The space felt more like a comfy hotel room with all of the amenities we needed in the kitchen. I was also pleasantly surprised that they supplied shampoo, conditioner, and body wash because I had forgotten to pack mine! There were some small signs of wear and tear on some of the paint and floors but nothing that took away from the cleanliness or enjoyment of the space. The king sized bed had fresh smelling linens and cozy bedding but it was a little too firm for our preferences. And the location! We were a short 4-10 minute drive from four different grocery stores, dozens of places to eat, treat shops with ice cream and taffy, fish markets, and cute shops. Customer service was easy to contact via text and replied promptly at "off-peak" hours the few times we had questions. I hope this studio is available the next time we want to take a trip to Newport!

Terrific views, walkable to delicious restaurants, & grocery store. Closest parking spot, kitchen, & balcony were bonuses. Cabinets & fixtures are starting to show wear, but for the price & location, we’d stay here again.
