The location was excellent, management was responsive and provided clear instructions. The place has a lot of potential but was not, in our opinion, worth the value paid. We've stayed in similar places in the area for less that were cleaner, more updated, and well maintained. Screws were drilled through the exterior of bathroom cabinets, there was a layer of dust under the two chairs that also showed visible stains that could likely be cleaned. There was no screen on the window that opened and the screen door didn't close completely or with ease. There was a smell that was not desirable. The crawl space in the hall closet leaked cold air. The pillows smelled odd too. As a warning, the hot water can scald you easily; an adjustment to the water heater is definitely needed. It's a cute place with a lot of potential just lacking the comforts and cleanliness one would expect for the price charged.

We had a great stay! The oceanfront view was amazing, and the location was perfect; right on the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

The building itself is an older building. There isn't actually access to the beach from the property. Seems like they were working on the stairs when we were there. It is on the 3rd floor with no elevator access, just so folks are aware, but the space itself was clean and more spacious than it looked in the photos. We had everything we needed for our stay. Walkable to shops and restaurants at Nye Beach. We enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool on the property. We also loved watching sunset from the balcony. FYI bring coins for laundry and I think the hours for the laundry room were 9 to 9.
