This home is simple, sunny, and comfortable, with an access point to the ocean beach just over a block west. Enjoy a fully appointed, light-filled kitchen upstairs, where you can flip pancakes each morning before heading out for the day, as well as a kitchenette downstairs in the game room, offering a mini-fridge to chill your favorite drinks as you play foosball in the evenings. Walk home from a day spent boogie boarding, beachcoming, or browsing the local shops and galleries to toss your swimsuits in the washer/dryer, unwind in the warmth of the gas fireplace, and watch TV on the plush sofas. At night, you'll have your choice of three queen bedrooms (two upstairs and one downstairs) and a fourth bedroom downstairs with a pair of twin beds. What's nearby: This home is ideally located just over a block east of a beach access point, so you'll be able to easily stroll to the sand at any time of day. You'll be the same distance from Historic Nye Beach, a legendary district of Newport that's home to more than 40 businesses, including wonderful restaurants, art galleries, and home decor boutiques. The Newport Historic Bayfront on the shores of Yaquina Bay is less than a mile south, the Oregon Coast Aquarium is one mile beyond, and two famous local lighthouses - the Yaquina Head Lighthouse (four miles north) and the Yaquina Bay Lighthouse (one mile south) - are within a short drive. Paid a very good price for the amount of room, very spacious. Location was great. One of the heaters in the room downstairs wasn't functional.
