Walk home from a day spent boogie boarding, beachcoming, or browsing the local shops and galleries to toss your swimsuits in the washer/dryer, unwind in the warmth of the gas fireplace, and watch TV on the plush sofas. The Newport Historic Bayfront on the shores of Yaquina Bay is less than a mile south, the Oregon Coast Aquarium is one mile beyond, and two famous local lighthouses - the Yaquina Head Lighthouse (four miles north) and the Yaquina Bay Lighthouse (one mile south) - are within a short drive.
