A quiet and peaceful location overlooking the beach and ocean. Easy access to the beach via a 5 minute walk down the beach path which starts just across the street from the property.
I was concerned that US101 and the airport were nearby but neither proved to be a distraction. You may see a few planes and the US Coast Guard helicopters but the house is very quiet inside. You will only hear the comforting sound of the surf.
Sunsets were spectacular !

This home exceeded expectations! Easy access to the beach, privacy, whales and easy access to Newport and all the other offerings nearby. Incredible meals at Local Ocean, Georgie's, Stephanie's Cafe and Clearwater. 4 days was not enough. Avari Management was super responsive and helpful. Great hosts! I have rented 20+ vacation rentals, and this is one of my favorites. You won't go wrong here.
