This warm and inviting Sunriver home is a two-story, three-bedroom home with WiFi, A/C, a Ping-Pong table, a hot tub, and bikes. Eight passes to the aquatic center at SHARC are even provided for your enjoyment! The lower level kitchen, living room and dining room is an open area. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with three stools and the dining table seats six. Enjoy a fire in the gas fireplace. There is also a door off the dining room to the back deck with two umbrella tables, chairs, a chaise lounge chair and a private hot tub. There is a king bedroom downstairs with a door to the deck and hot tub. Upstairs is a cozy loft with a futon couch, TV, VHS, and a game table with two chairs. Upstairs there is a queen bedroom. The other bedroom offers a queen pyramid bunk and three other twin beds. There is a Ping-Pong table in garage. *Please note that this home has an occupancy of 10, but only eight SHARC passes are available. Deschutes County Tax Certificate #77

Very good overall stay, but we are giving it 4 stars because the queen size bed would sink right in the middle and they had to sleep on the floor all 3 nights. The queen size bed below the bunk bed was also very firm. I couldn’t get a good night sleep. Besides that everything else was great, the hot tub, the cleanliness, and amenities.

Overall cozy and the right combo of beds and bedrooms for our 2 families. Very well stocked kitchen, although no hand soap in upper bathroom. Really appreciate SHARC passes, bikes and ping pong. Unfortunately the beds and pillows not very comfortable. We really enjoyed the house but would not book this one again due to the mattresses - some too hard, others soft or not enough support. Owners take very good care of this property and kitchen is one of the best of rentals!

We were very pleased with this house overall. It is by far the best stocked house we have ever rented. Dishes, pots and pans, games, activities. Beds mattresses are comfy and although the alcove room is unusual as far as going thru another room, we made it work. Super washer and dryer, huge refrigerator, and large deck with wonderful bbq. Hot tub in good shape but I’d add that the motor is a bit noisy for the master room. Luckily it’s not on for long and our small fan helped. The home is located on a quiet street end circle, great for small kids on bikes.

Good home, perfect for what we needed, but lacked some things that didn’t even cross my mind that I should bring, such as coffee filters, can opener, paper towels and parchment/ aluminum foil for baking. Dish soap is mid, and sponge is flimsy for washing dishes with food stuck on them, such as grease from sausages or dried up remnants of eggs. Also, a couple of the bikes had flat tires, but it was ok since we also brought 2 of our own. It was nice to see that helmets were also provided.
