This is actually ridiculous because Airbnb confirmed my reservation but avari never sent me an access code and eventually said they couldn't find my reservation.

This was by far the worst experience we have had with an Airbnb. This should be removed immediately. There was no one at the location to help and had to jump through hoops to get action from the Airbnb "host". We actually never did speak to the host. We had to find other accomodations that cost twice as much. We went back 2 days in a row only to find not a soul in site on this property. A scam as far as we are concerned. Came here for a respite stay after a horrible family loss. Very distraught and feel we deserve a stay somewhere else at the expense of Avari! Horrible!!!!!!
