the room was super nice, and the bed extremely comfortable.

I asked if I could arrive after 10 pm and I got a confirmation message saying it was fine, then at our arrival, the phone number to call for after ours, posted at the office door , was from the old company doing the administration for this inn, by the time the person in the phone figured that was 20 minutes, then I needed to call another phone number and the lady was pretty useless and took her another 20 minutes to give me the code to get into the room.

40 minutes waiting basically to get at the room, after 7 hours driving .

that was a big fail!
