This two-story home sits a quarter-mile from an access path to a peaceful stretch of Heceta Beach, a wonderful, tranquil spot for boogie boarding and beachcombing. The property itself is quiet, surrounded by beautiful coastal vegetation, and securely fenced for your dogs. In the surrounding area, you'll have great options for crabbing, fishing, hiking, and visiting such Oregon Coast landmarks as the Sea Lion Caves and Heceta Head Lighthouse.

Walk home from the beach in the afternoons to let your dogs play on the pebbly grounds, relax outside on the small front porch, or gather around the firepit to swap stories and ease the chill of the ocean waves.

The home's interior is bright, open, and inviting. Get started on dinner in the well-equipped kitchen, sit down to eat at the two breakfast bars, and spend the evening hours watching DVDs from the movie library and playing board games in the living room.

A perfect get away with our two dogs and a friend. Loved the big fenced yard for our fur kids. A short walk to a very nice beach. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood!

Location, cleanliness, and value were all excellent. The yard is in great shape for the dogs. The fire pit was lovely.

The open living space is great. The neighborhood was super quiet.

The flooring is broken in the high traffic area next to the kitchen peninsula, however: it dips every time you step there.

The kettle is rusty all over the inside, so we had to boil water in and pour from a cooking pot in order to brew our pour-over coffee.

There's no seating for a toddler to eat meals at. The stools are the only option for sitting at the counter.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a short walking distance from beach.Great for a family of 4.Host was excellent at communicating with us no matter the time.The house needs more cleaning in the doors, dresser drawers and refrigerator.Maybe a couple more kitchen utensils.

As someone who doesn’t travel without my (3) dogs, I was super happy with the dog-friendliness of this place! The property and house was clean and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Quiet neighborhood. Within short walking distance of the beach and less than 10 minutes from Fred Meyer. My only points are I wish the provided dog water bowl had been cleaned, and that there were poop bags because I threw away just about as many pebbles as I did poop
