Company run unit - as advertised but some short-comings: I should have inquired about pet fee rather than find out after paying (it was $200); earlier check-out time and later check-in time compared to other AirBnB rentals; ants in kitchen; cleaning crew arrived just before check-out time - although they kept their distance it felt awkward.

Wonderful stay at this house with nice interior decor and a very large, private yard

I liked the fact that when we arrived at 11 pm and we called because we could not get in the house the lady answered and gave us the code of the box with the keys.
I loved the large, very private yard surrounded by salal and evergreen huckleberries!
We liked the large mirror in the bedroom, the brightly white painted interior and the round windows in the kitchen, the bench and table in the kitchen, and the sea-life inspired decor.

One of the blankets in the closet had dog hairs on it and even stains of dog poop on it, it was definitely not clean and I could not use it.

Avari response:

Thank you, Paola, for sharing your experience with us. We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the lovely interior decor and the spacious, private yard. It sounds like you appreciated the unique touches throughout the home, from the round kitchen windows to the sea-life inspired decor, which we believe adds character and charm.

We genuinely regret that one of the blankets did not meet our cleanliness standards. That shouldn’t have happened, and we take this feedback seriously. Our goal is to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for all our guests, and we will ensure our team addresses this issue promptly.

We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back for another stay in the future, where we can provide you with the flawless experience you deserve.
