Guests also have access to premium amenities including a refreshing communal pool, a relaxing hot tub, a fitness center,onsite salon,spa,restaurant and convenient outdoor grilling areas.Nearby, you’ll find a variety of activities such as sailing, paddleboarding, snorkeling, and fishing, as well as shopping and dining options in the local village.

Guest access

During your stay at Surfside Resort, you will have full private access to the entire condo, including your own patio. Beyond the unit, you are invited to enjoy the extensive resort amenities. These shared spaces include the communal swimming pool, relaxing hot tub, and the fitness center. You also have access to the onsite restaurant, salon, and spa, as well as the tennis courts and outdoor grilling areas. Parking is available on the premises for your convenience, and the beach is just a short walk away.

Interaction with guests

Guests are required to register with the front desk upon arrival. The Avari front desk team manages the unit and is available to assist you with any questions or concerns throughout your stay. Please feel free to contact them directly for immediate assistance with property amenities or local recommendations.

balconies, the guest garage and exterior upgrades.

inform you about upcoming repairs from
October 2026 - March 2027
Please contact the front desk for details.
Work will begin on Monday, October 26, on the 01/01A
stack.
Please review the tentative schedule, block off the week
of repairs needed, remove balcony furniture, and make
all other guests aware that there will be construction
noise throughout the building. Also, be aware that some
balconies may require shoring, so the units below may
be affected.

Getting to our Miramar Beach condo is easy and convenient. We provide free parking directly on the premises for your vehicle, making it simple to explore the local area at your own pace. If you are arriving by air, the Destin Fort Walton Beach Airport is the most convenient hub, typically reachable within a forty-five minute drive. While public transportation options in the immediate area are limited, ride sharing services are readily available to transport you to nearby attractions, shopping centers, and dining destinations.

It was more than my expectations! Ground floor, parking garage within 100 ft from the room. Fully furnished unit very spacious room and patio with bbq grill that can be used as well. You have a furnished kitchen as well just bring your own spices etc. Fridge has ice machine but also the is a ice machine on the first floor. It is located at the back of the building but beach access on foot from the room is about 4 minutes away.I will Definitely be coming back!

Great location and amenities with easy beach access

Location was great. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and having access to an umbrella and beach chairs. Having dish soap and laundry pods provided was extremely convenient. We loved the pool and hot tub. Overall, it was a great experience.

The air quality inside the unit was poor the majority of the time we were there, according to the digital thermostat. The AC worked just fine, but we would have to open the sliding glass door to get the air quality to read clean. Since we were on the ground floor, it wasn't exactly safe to have the door open like that. Also, there is a slat on the bed that wasn't attached properly, making the mattress dip. The bathroom sink needed to be unclogged, and the toilet wobbled. Small things that didn't impact our stay, but do need to be addressed before causing bigger issues down the road for the property.
