Other things to note
Greetings! Please be advised that the property is equipped with a Google Nest thermostat. To ensure optimal comfort and functionality, the temperature has been pre-set to remain between sixty-eight and eighty degrees Fahrenheit during warmer weather. This measure helps maintain a consistent internal climate and mitigates potential issues arising from open doors or frequent setting modifications.
ADI Upcoming Walkway & Balcony Restoration:
Please be advised that the HOA will begin a building-wide walkway and balcony
restoration project starting November 1, 2026 , with staging and prep work beginning
October 26, 2026 . The project is expected to run through March 1, 2027 .
During this timeframe, individual balconies will be completely inaccessible at various
points while work is being performed. Additionally, balcony outdoor furniture will be
temporarily moved inside the units for safety.
Please note that this timeline is subject to change based on weather and construction
variables. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep the property safe and
beautiful.

Very cozy little place! Loved how there were lots of games provided in room and how spacious it was for 4 people.
Would definitely stay again.
