restoration project starting November 1, 2026 , with staging and prep work beginning
October 26, 2026 . The project is expected to run through March 1, 2027 .
During this timeframe, individual balconies will be completely inaccessible at various
points while work is being performed. Additionally, balcony outdoor furniture will be
temporarily moved inside the units for safety.
Please note that this timeline is subject to change based on weather and construction
variables. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep the property safe and
beautiful.

The location was perfect for us. It is within walking distance to the beach, and the surrounding area is full of restaurants and other attractions.
