Upstairs, you’ll find a king bedroom and a third bedroom with two twins plus a bunk bed—perfect for families—along with a shared full bath. The fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and breakfast bar make meals easy, while the private deck with BBQ overlooks peaceful wooded space and open lawn.

The location and space

The hidden camera in the upstairs bathroom was unsettling. We brought it to their attention. They handled it.

Thank you, Amber for your review. There was not a hidden camera. The device you unplugged is the temperature smart control for the bathroom. It is to detect low temperatures and sends an alert if the room is in the danger zone for freezing to prevent pipe damage due to the low temperatures we have in Sunriver.

The unit was wonderful, had everything we needed - SHARC passes, bikes, fully stocked kitchen, games, etc. It was clean, great location and overall we had a lovely stay. However, Avari Managment is not fun to work with unless you can speak to the local office in Sunriver. I asked multiple times about early check-in and only received canned, AI-sounding responses stating if the unit is ready early they would let me know. The day of check-in I had not heard back so I called the number provided and got sent to a call center (likely overseas) where the person who answered knew nothing about the unit and simply said the door lock is automated and you cannot check in before 4pm. After wasting 20 minutes on the phone arguing with him, he finally gave me the local office number in Sunriver. They were wonderful and immediately accommodated us with the lock box code allowing us to get in a little early. This process should not have been this difficult and frustrating.

This home was in a great location for us with 3 toddlers and 4 adults. Our kids thought the bike ride to the nature center was short (about 6 mins), the ride to stables took us about 15 minutes, we were able to drive our car to SHARC in 5 minutes, and same for the village. For anyone concerned about outside noise, this area was quiet and peaceful. The carpet upstairs was very clean and soft. The bunk room and king bed upstairs shared a connecting bathroom, and the king bed downstairs had a separate bathroom which worked well for our two families. There were plenty of towels for everyone. The bikes were a little older but we appreciated that they were available. There are no blackout shades for anyone needing darker rooms. We stayed during summer where it didn’t get dark until about 8:45/9:00 pm. Overall, it’s a place we would stay at again based on location and its cleanliness while allowing dogs.
