Twice I tried to contact management and received what seemed to be a computer generated response that said they were working on it and would get back to me--and then I never heard back from them again. Listing said second bedroom had a sofa bed as well as a king-sized bed, but sofa bed was in the living room making it difficult for adults to do things after the kid's bedtime. That was the deciding factor for choosing this listing so we were disappointed. I tried to contact again to offer possible solutions and they did not respond at all that time. I contacted Avari about 5-6 days ago and sent a screen shot of where the listing was incorrect and they still have not changed it.

Price was good, location is great. Condo is outdated, beds need to be replaced. One bed had a big dip on one side.
