Hours are 9am to 5pm from March 1st through October 31st. All beach services are managed by La Dolce Vita under agreement with the Pelican Beach Resort Owners' Association. Policies are applicable to all guests and owners of the resort. Beach setups may be rented directly on the beach the day of, based on availability.

May need updated, if you have mild allergies, would not recommend due to carpet. However, place was clean and amazing view. A great place to unwind and totally relax!!! Would definitely consider renting again.

To whom it may concern. Have you been to your condo recently? Has it been awhile since you have been there? The paint is peeling off the ceiling. The mattress is old and REALLY needs replaced. The two places where bodies normally rest, the mattress sinks. So whoever lays on the bed can feel the springs of the mattress and hurt their back. Inside the circuit breaker box has so much dirt and cobwebs that it REALLY needs cleaned. There is no electricity to the temperature control box, so it needs some adjustment or replaced. The screen door to the balcony has holes in it and does not move properly, so it needs to be replaced. When someone sits down on the couch, they sink to the floor. I suggest buying a new couch. I hope this helps with understanding some of things that need done at your condo. Sincerely, Mark

I wanted some alone time at the beach. This property was reasonably priced. The counter top and kitchen appliances are old, but they worked. The bed was comfortable. The TV in the living room did not work. It would turn on, but you can advance to any apps. The view is gorgeous. The property says "NO SMOKING" but other guests ignore that rule. Every morning while sitting on the balcony somebody on another balcony was smoking and in on Friday and Saturday evening, they were smoking pot. Really stunk! The condo was fine, but the reason I won't return to this property is because the beach is so limited. If you bring your own beach chair and umbrella you absolutely cannot sit in the front of the waaaaaaaaaay overpriced rented umbrellas and chairs. Even by myself if I wanted to move my chair to the shoreline, right at the water, you can't do that. You can do that at other properties, but not this one. The space is VERY limited where you can enjoy the beach. The staff was nice. It's nice to have a Tiki bar, but they even rope off their area and I felt like cattle being kept in a corral.
