BEACH SERVICES: Beach services at the Resorts of Pelican Beach is provided by La Dolce Vita. Hours are 9am to 5pm from March 1st through October 31st. All beach services are managed by La Dolce Vita under agreement with the Pelican Beach Resort Owners' Association. Policies are applicable to all guests and owners of the resort. Beach setups may be rented directly on the beach the day of, based on availability.

The place is nicely located right next to the beach. However, the room we were in smelled of mold and humidity. The walls and ceilings were literally peeling and the carpet was dirty. The frame of the bunkbeds were cracked and loose, and the master bed had bedbugs. All of the appliances were old and dirty. Everything is in need of replacing/cleaning!!! Still, the view of the beach from the balcony was beautiful.

3 pools and 2 hot tubs were great. Drinks at the cabana $$$ but they hit the spot. Food at cafe was delicious. Pancakery and BackPorch restaurants were within a mile walking distance. Right on beach. Room was a little outdated furniture and carpet but perfectly fine. Mattress could be replaced soon. Great balcony views!!

1802 has a gorgeous view but that’s it has holding its head above water.

The view was gorgeous, the staff at the Pelican and the tiki bar were too tier.

The room itself was severely outdated. The furniture was older than I am and severely used, the air smelled of mildew, paint was peeling on several spots on the ceiling, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and dented in in the middle. The price to rent for a week could easily fix most of these issues. It felt more like a cheap motel than a resort condo sadly due to lack of upkeep on the owners behalf.
