Property an condo were nice. Great view. Condo did show a little wear. Good overall. Just wish the pool area was bigger.

Avari response:

Thank you, Carron, for sharing your thoughts about your stay with us. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the great views and found the condo nice overall. We strive to maintain our properties to high standards, and we appreciate your feedback about the wear you noticed; it helps us improve for future guests.

We understand that a larger pool area would enhance the experience, and we’re always looking for ways to make our amenities even better. We hope you’ll consider returning to enjoy more of what our beautiful location has to offer. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we’d love to welcome you back for another stay.

When we arrived they were a little behind in cleaning the condo. Our check-in time was at 4 pm and had to wait 33 minutes til they finished. Other than that the condo is amazing, beautiful views and so relaxing. Loved the time we spent there. I would definitely recommend it!

We enjoyed our long weekend vacation at the Emerald Grande. We booked Thu-Sun. The PH1329 unit was very clean, spacious for a family of 6, the views of the Bay were spectacular! The unit was stocked with lite essentials for the stay. The communication by the owner/management was both proactive and responsive. The unit was on the penthouse floor which was a pleasant surprise. Giving you the feeling of exclusivity. The Emerald Grande is also located in a prime location just steps away from HarborWalk Village which has great food and entertainment for families or a romantic getaway. I, along with my wife and kids and mother-in-law were thoroughly impressed and enjoyed our stay. I cannot wait to book again!! I will definitely be requesting this unit again for future visits to Destin.
