This was a great place to stay at the Emerald Grande. It is right above the HarborWalk which has restaurants, shops and more. We enjoyed the pool, large gym, and roomy living space.

We stayed with my four young kids and mom and had a wonderful time. Everyone loved taking the shuttle boat to the beach. Multiple times we were able to see dolphins right next to the boat. Everyone was very kind and helpful. We also loved being close to restaurants & shops!

I arrived to the property to check in and was told by the front desk that the owners did not pay their bill therefore we did not have beach access or access to amenities. Needless to say I was not happy being that it was advertised as such. The property and myself reached out to the mgmt company to get it straight. It took several hours to get it handled. I attempted to wash clothes the first night and woke up to a broken washer. Reached out to the mgmt company to no avail. Called and emailed multiple times. Had the front desk try to reach out to them and they got an out of the office vm with a number to call the asst. Asst did not pick up. It was an utter cluster trying to deal with this while on vacation. DO not provide a phone number to call that states will pick up right away if there are issues when in fact you do not pick up. Unfair for a renter to deal with renting a property such as this.

The unit was absolutely beautiful! We were in town for a cheer competition and it was everything we needed it to be! Absolutely perfect and we will most definitely return!
