This place is perfect for a Beach trip! It is right on the beach…. Newly refreshed ! I live in Houston and flew in for the weekend. We had 3 teenagers with 2 Moms. The beach is beautiful. So easily accessible that we went out to it whenever we wanted. The Cabana has everything you need. The kitchen is well appointed. The right amount of fridge space! Washer/dryer looks new. The house is Clean. The space is well laid out and accommodating! This is my second visit, and with the updates, we plan to return! The owner gets it!

Over all we enjoyed our stay very much. There were 5 of us, and this unit was very nice, beds were very comfortable. Vacasa told me there were NO beach chairs so we packed a couple which was an inconvenience as our SUV wasn't spacious and we were loaded to the top. Vacasa needs to be sure and know what is available at the units they rent. Pools were clean and refreshing. Washer was new but had to have appliance man out to figure out why it wasn't working properly. After washing a load the dryer didn't work. So had to drip dry our clothes. Reported broken dryer but couldn't get a new one during out stay. Was nice to sit on the deck in the morning and have breakfast. The showers were amazing and plenty of HOT water. The unit was very clean but did see a few roaches which was disgusting. They spray the complex units once a month on a Tuesday for bugs but this time isn't convenient for the guests. My suggestion would be to spray during the cleanings on Saturdays before new guests arrive. We were not comfortable having someone come in while we were out and didn't want to sit around and wait for the exterminator. The furniture was ok but the kitchen utensils and dishes are SCARCE. We had to buy a wine bottle opener and continually wash the few glasses they had. There wasn't a lot to work with when trying to cook a meal. We did have a fantastic time in Pensacola and enjoyed our stay at unit D4.

My family and I had a great stay at this rental! The location was an easy walk to the beach and being right next to the pool was great for the kids. There was a nice amount of space in most of the house though the kitchen was on the smaller side. I would just note that changes have been made after the photos were taken (walls repainted, carpet replaced with flooring), but it was still very similar otherwise. I would recommend they also replace the carpet on the stairs, since it now looks very dated with the other changes made. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, pans, cutting boards, etc. Also, the table of the balcony is bigger than the one on the pics, which was good for us since it sat more people. My one complaint about the place is that the walls seems paper thin within the unit - while in a bedroom upstairs I could hear everything someone downstairs in the living room was saying, and they were speaking in normal voices. The sound just carries throughout the place somehow. We did not hear our neighbors at all though, so that was good. Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we would come back, though we would probably look for one of the floor plans with a larger kitchen.

This town home was perfect for my family. The kids loved playing in the pool and appreciated the extra floats and beach toys that were in the garage. The bets were comfortable. The well stocked kitchen enabled us to cook the meals. Overall, a fantastic stay! Definitely exceeded my expectations!

Two parents in their 40s with their 7 and 12 y/o and 2 Grandparents in their late 60s. We loved (in no order of importance) -Hot showers -Cozy furniture -Bunk Beds *our kids loved them! -Cozy/spacious master BR -New toilets -Plenty of storage -Big refrigerator -Bright lighting -Laundry -Walking access to beach -Two pools! -Very quiet / peaceful This is our 3rd stay at the Regency Cabanas and we’ll be back again!
