Outside, not only will you have access to a hot tub and pool, but you'll also be within close proximity of numerous popular attractions. The M.B. Miller County Pier, Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, and Zooworld Zoological Park are all less than seven miles away.

Guests may only use Tower 1 and Tower 2 amenities. There is a $60 parking/amenity fee that is charged for each vehicle up to 2 vehicle limit.

We were without tv for 24 hours. A couple ladies worked for a good while the next afternoon and fixed 3 but one was never fixed. It was a bummer. Also the master mattress was not a good mattress and had some mold in the bathroom. Otherwise the place was really nice.

The condo was excellent and in a great location on the corner with a fantastic view. The layout was perfect as each bedroom had an adjoining bath and they were all separate from each other. my only issue was the parking garage. I received an email from Avari that it was 6 foot 9 inches, and the resort said it was 7 foot. when I got there the bar said 6 foot 7 inches, which was too low for my Tahoe with a roof rack. I had to park in oversized vehicle parking which was limited.
