Tips for future tenants.

The location was great.

Some things need to be updated and cleaned better. The comforters are not very warm, the sofa was older and kind of dirty looking. The vent for the air filter had dust build up and the vacuum that was there was full of dirt and hair. Some of the dishes need to be updated. Some of them had old rust spots and scratches that caused food to stick. Also the shampoo bottles left in the bathroom had hair stuck on the pump top. The pillows for the bed were not comfortable at all.
