They were always responsive and helpful. We saw a few roach bugs and let them know, they offered to come spray, had a chair break, they offered to come remove the chair. But I will say I think their cleaning staff could use some better training. Or more time allotted to each unit. I feel like it was not cleaned very well. There was floss sticks in random places that weren’t ours, stains on the kitchen island and other walls, the bath mat was gross. There wasnt a broom or vacuum that we found to sweep up sand. Our stay was not very long, but we definitely would have liked to clean up the floors a little. But other than those few things, we really enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful and I love calypso. We stay here everytime we come to pcb. Its close to everything. The pool was great, the restaurant downstairs. You dont ever have to leave if you dont want to.

Super cozy, and clean, and comfortable. There was plenty of room for myself, my husband, and 2 kids. Hopefully this place is available next time we come back!!
