Shared amenities open for guest use include two shared pools (one with seasonal heating), a hot tub, a shared charcoal grill, and an outdoor shower for sandy toes.

Guests can walk straight to the beach from the ground floor of the building. Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants in a bright setting, is just three miles from the condo. Beyond that, personalized tours by Florida Dolphin and Snorkel Tours are available just 13-and-a-half miles from the resort. Head just over 14 miles to the eastern end of Panama City Beach and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour.

The condo itself was beautiful. I loved falling asleep listening to the ocean, and the pool and beach chair service were great. The owner has a fantastic property.

Unfortunately, the management experience was disappointing. As a fellow host, I wish I could speak directly to the owner because I don't think they're being served well by the management company.

I booked this condo partly for the gym and pool, but I wasn't given complete access instructions. I eventually received the pool code on the second day, but never received the gym code despite multiple requests.

I also wanted to pay for an early check in and was told someone would contact me. They called once, but after that I spent the weekend trying to reach a live person with no success. Every interaction led back to an automated system, and I never received the support I needed.

The condo was 5 stars. The communication and management were not.

This was the best beach condo we have ever stayed at. The view is amazing! The condo is exactly as described. The only issue we had was checking in, but it was on Mother’s Day, so understandable. When I called to get entry, the response was immediate, friendly, and accurate. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great few days of paradise on the Emerald Coast.

This was by far one of the better properties we have stayed with Vacasa. The entire family agreed the resort was much more enjoyable and not very crowded. Parking, beach access, Wifi, cleanliness, everything was just frankly great. We also loved the unit. It was clean, nicely laid out, and offered exceptional views. The only concern turned out to be the elevators. This is nothing anyone can control, but this unit sits right next to the elevators. Therefore, if you are a light sleeper it could be problematic. Two of the family members could hear the elevators running all night long. This included grinding and metal clanging. Everyone agreed we would bring a sound machine with us next time. Overall, outstanding unit and great atmosphere. Oh yeah, we also felt it was a great price.
