Here on the quiet, south side of Panama City Beach, you'll be just over a mile from St. Andrews State Park and close to marinas, a variety of restaurants, and family-friendly attractions such as ZooWorld. One of the wonderful features of this multi-level condo is the outdoor space it provides. Each of the bedrooms has its own balcony, so you can begin each day with a mug of coffee in the fragrant gulf breeze. On the ground floor, you'll have two furnished patios where you can sip cold cocktails after a day at the beach. The main floor is open and spacious, bringing together a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area, and a living room with soft leather furnishings and a TV with Roku streaming. The bedrooms are on their own floors, each with a TV, a Roku, and a full bathroom. A twin-size bed is a roll-away bed in the closet. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi, and central AC. The pool & jacuzzi. Able to park right outside of door with your own space. Access to beach and nice deck to sit and watch sunsets and relax.

Easy booking. Easy entry. Easy checkout! We stayed in the unit with 6 people ( two of which were 8 and 2 ) — safe, aside from trying to keep the 2 year old off the stairs! — very clean! Washer/dryer/dishwasher were great to have so we could do our laundry before heading home to MO! Lots of beach accessories off the back patio (chairs, boogie boards, nets, etc!) We have been coming to Largo Mar for years but this was our first time in this condo! The simplicity and more quiet/private atmosphere is something we very much enjoy!!! The beaches are not overly crowded and neither is the pool! Great vacation!

Property was perfect for my family. Condo had beautiful costal decor and updated bathrooms, all the beach gear needed (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, toys), excellent seating options in living spaces and on patio, and shampoo, conditioner and body soap in showers . Come prepared with all spices, oil, hand soaps- cleaning crew leaves nothing from previous stays (but does provide a starter supply of detergent toilet paper), which is nice because it leaves adequate cabinet and pantry space to store belongings. 10/10 recommend, and we will be back.
