Overall you get what you pay for, this condo was great for what the going rate for a condo at PCB was at the time of our trip (July 4th, 2026). However, this is a dated condo, the carpet and many areas in the condo are tired and could use updating, new carpet and a fresh paint job would do wonders. Overall the condo was kept clean inside and I felt that all the bedding was comfortable and clean. The exterior was tired and the grounds not well cared for. The dryer barely works and needs to be replaced or repaired. We had to dry our towels multiple times to get them completely dry.The biggest positive for our family was the location of this condo, being on the East side of PCB it was much more peaceful than the busy touristy areas and we very much appreciated that. We walked to the beach with comfort and where glad we didn't have to drive anywhere. We also spend a full day at St. Andrews State Park which was wonderful and only a 5 minute drive. This condo is very close to the fishing charters and other offshore excursions, again, a simple 5 minute drive to our fishing charter that left at 7am was great. Overall I would recommend this Condo and stay here again in the future, easily would be worth 5* if the dryer worked properly, the interior was refreshed and exterior was cleaned up a bit.
