Inside, this condo is set up for your convenience. Thereā€™s a well-equipped, full kitchen with all the appliances, perfect for prepping simple meals or snacks for the beach. Dine together at the window-front table or grab one of the barstools to keep it casual. Spend the day on the sand or exploring all that PCB has to offer, from golf to shopping, to state parks and loads of nearby restaurants and bars. If youā€™d like to stay closer to home, there are shared pools and tennis courts available for your use. When you return in the evening, the cozy living area is the perfect place to watch a little TV. Leave those curtains open on your wall of Gulf-view windows and watch night fall over the water. And donā€™t forget to step back outside and admire the stars before bed. Things to Know Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.

I recently stayed at this wonderful beachfront condo. It was fabulous from the moment we arrived, the view was breathtaking with a direct view of the ocean from the living room. The condo is cozy, modern, and tastefully decorated. The location is ideal, situated right on the beach with easy access to all that the area has to offer. My favorite part is the private balcony where you can enjoy spending time together while watching some extraordinary sunrise and sunset ocean views. The condo is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen. The Wi-Fi worked great, and the smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom areas were a nice touch for relaxing after a day at the beach. Checking in and out went very easily. If you're looking for a relaxing, hassle-free beach getaway, this condo is definitely the place to be.
