Prepare for wide views of the water from your living room and kitchen! Yes, incredible views come standard at this 10th-floor, Gulf-front condo. You'll also enjoy views of the nearby golf course from the clean and crisp bedroom complete with a queen bed and full en suite bathroom. Rest easy in the cooling central air conditioning, and prepare your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen that includes full-size appliances, a two-corner counter, and useful small appliances like a slow cooker and blender. There's space to prepare anything you'd like and plenty of room to enjoy it together. Things to Know Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.
