If you're looking to explore the area, you'll be only three miles northwest of Gulf World and Pier Park, and eight miles southeast of Rosemary Beach on the shores of 30A. Beach services (chairs, umbrellas, and watersports) are only seasonal and available for an additional fee. Please note that all East Tower Amenities (frog pad, lazy river, and East Tower pool) are not heated. The west side pool is heated during the winter season.

The first day we arrived, we saw a roach. It was only that one though; The trash can in the kitchen didn't have a lid. That would be good to have. The kitchen was stocked pretty well with dishes and a few pots and pans. The 3rd, 4th, and 5th day we were there; they were renovating a condo above us from 10 am - 6 pm every day, drilling and hammering. It was so annoying. If I knew this was gonna happen; I would've booked for another time. It was very disappointing. We contacted management and the HOA to complain. It was a waste of my money the last 3 days with all the noise

Two bedrooms with king sized beds, ocean views. and doors to the balcony. Plus bunk beds for the kids. This layout was great for our family. Very nice kitchen also.

We had a great time at Splash Resort. The kids loved the pools and the beach access. The room was nice and staff was easy to reach when questions arose.
