Downstairs and outside areas were very cluttered, with junk and unkept landscaping (especially in the back). The porch furniture was also different from the photos-the table was a plastic table and there was no umbrella as pictured.

Inside, the home was okay and the beds were comfortable. However, we had several issues during our stay. The hot water did not work on the first day, and although I messaged the host, I received no response. We eventually found the water heater ourselves on the second day and turned it on, but it took hours for the water to heat up.

The Wi-Fi was also a major problem. It only worked if you were sitting in the living room directly next to the router. If you need reliable internet for working remotely, streaming, or general use, this may not be the best option.

Overall, while the inside was decent and the beds were comfortable, the property felt poorly maintained. On a good note, it is walkable to sound & beach.

Unfortunately this is not a positive review. The home had a for sale sign out front, which surprised me. The home is in a great location close to numerous beaches and food locations; however, this home is in need of repairs and maintenance. The home has visible water damage, noticeable inside as well around the base of the kitchen cabinets and around all tubs and showers with dark dirts spots. Most importantly, none of the showers or bathroom sinks had hot water, barely warm water. I communicated this a few times in the messages with the host and nothing was done. They kept referring to a local host, but no one reached out to potentially fix the water. As a solo traveler, I said I was hesitant to have people in/out of the space. Ended up having cold showers only. Also had concerns on how they sanitized anything in the home (washer, etc) if there is no hot water? The location was great, close to everything, but I would not personally recommend this place.

Well our water was shutoff on our 3rd day because the bill hadn't been paid in 3 months. The city of Navarre, Airbnb and myself tried to contact Avari Management or the owners all day. I originally messaged them when the utility worker came by that morning to warn us they might be shutting off the water if they cant get in touch with someone for payment. Avari responded back in 9 minutes saying they would urgently take care of the issue. An hour later the city employee came back and shut off the water. I messaged Avari again and let them know and to this day have never gotten a response. Airbnb gave me a refund for the rest of our stay and we had to book another place that was more expensive for the remainder of our trip. Avari has still not reached out to make this right. I definitely would not recommend renting any properties that Avari management has. I've never had such a horrible company as a host for a property.

Easy check-in and plenty of storage for clothes, which was a big plus. The place was well stocked with dishes and thoughtful extras (even a spare dog bowl and poop bags!). The beds were comfortable, and the location is great—quiet and perfect for anyone looking to relax.
The only minor issue was the dryer—it’s pretty loud (honestly sounds like sneakers are tumbling around in there), so it may not be working quite right. It did dry everything fine, it just caught me off guard the first time I used it.
We'll definitely stay here again in the future 😀
