restoration project starting November 1, 2026 , with staging and prep work beginning
October 26, 2026 . The project is expected to run through March 1, 2027 .
During this timeframe, individual balconies will be completely inaccessible at various
points while work is being performed. Additionally, balcony outdoor furniture will be
temporarily moved inside the units for safety.

We had a wonderful vacation at Seascape ll. Check in/out was easy and everything was explained very well.The pools and short walk to the beach was amazing! Loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves come in. Will definitely be back for a visit.
