ADI Upcoming Walkway & Balcony Restoration:
Please be advised that the HOA will begin a building-wide walkway and balcony
restoration project starting November 1, 2026 , with staging and prep work beginning
October 26, 2026 . The project is expected to run through March 1, 2027 .
During this timeframe, individual balconies will be completely inaccessible at various
points while work is being performed. Additionally, balcony outdoor furniture will be
temporarily moved inside the units for safety.
Please note that this timeline is subject to change based on weather and construction
variables. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep the property safe and
beautiful.

We plan on going back and we would recommend Ariel Dunes II to anyone that is looking for a clean and relaxing stay.

It was clean and we had everything we needed. We’re very pleased with the location and the surroundings. The pool is in a convenient area and the beach is a short walk away.

We loved it all.
