THINGS TO KNOW
A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 am to 10 pm and stops at several locations around the resort. There is an app you can download to track the tram as well.

The hotel had a beautiful view, clean, the check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. Parking was convenient, and it was within walking distance to the beach, which made everything so much easier. The pool was clean and relaxing, and the surrounding area was beautiful with plenty to enjoy. hotel offered shuttle buses to get around.
We would definitely stay here again!

We had a rocky start to our trip. The gate code was not provided in the check-in information and I had to ask for it separately. Once we arrived, the door code to the room didn’t work. It took us almost an hour to get into the room from our arrival time. The phone queue to get in contact with the company was long. My small children ended up having to eat dinner in the small “lobby” while I looked into alternative accommodations. The room was clean but shows wear and tear. A very convenient short walk to the beach and pool. If check-in issues could be fixed and response times shortened, we’d consider staying again. The resort itself is beautiful.

It was fine, just like a hotel room but with fewer amenities. Would have a appreciated a couple k-cups, just to get the first day started. Needs a few things updated and repaired, but the view was good and it was comfortable enough.
