One of Florida's most renowned state parks, Grayton Beach State Park, is three miles east, offering wonderful fishing and hiking on four miles of trails.

House in a great location , some dated furniture and couches and chairs need a deep clean but the bathroom and kitchen were very clean. Beach is a 5 minute walk and the pool out back was a nice feature.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay with an unbeatable location, a clean and comfortable setup, and just a few small areas

We had a great stay at this Santa Rosa house! The location was perfect — just steps from the beach, and we loved having the beach chairs as a nice extra. The house was very clean and a great setup for our group of six. The multiple porches were one of our favorite features. It was also super convenient being within walking distance to restaurants, a beachside grill and ice cream. We’d definitely stay here again!

Very little to complain about because overall this was an amazing spot and we really enjoyed our stay. The biggest issue for us was the coffee maker — it seemed outdated, worn, and not very clean, which was disappointing since coffee is important to us. The kitchen could also use a few more basics like a pizza cutter, pizza pan, and some food storage containers. The porch chairs outside the twin bedroom felt a bit flimsy and could use an upgrade. Other than those small things, it was a great property and we’d definitely stay again.
