Enjoy it from your extra-long private balcony that's furnished for looking out on the waves over morning coffee. The full kitchen features full-size appliances, as well as a breakfast bar perfect for casual meals before heading down to the beach. The condo is completely oceanfront, so it won't be far to walk. The private washer/dryer set will ensure that your bathing suit is ready when you are. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan for guest comfort, and room-darkening shades provide a peaceful sleep.

Guests can enjoy access to a shared pool and outdoor shower during their stay.

THINGS TO KNOW
Parking will be limited to 1 car per unit. There is a $35+tax fee for parking at One Seagrove Place. VRPAccess system will send guests a registration email to register and pay for their parking passes online.
No golf carts, trailers, jet skis, or boats allowed.
The living room sofabed provides an extra sleeping space.

Beach service is not included. Beach chairs are available to rent with the vendor on the beach.

Age Restriction: The primary renter and/or reserving party must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. The reserving guest must be present for the duration of the reservation and is responsible for all policies and occupants.

Other things to note

Please be aware per the HOA there is a $35 vehicle registration fee that covers your parking pass. Guest will be sent a registration email prior to arrival to complete and pay the parking fee.

ok accomodations. Small. Veiw and beach access was good.

Beach access

Took over 30 minutes to get the door code to work and the host never called me back. Had to have the onsite people trouble shoot the door code.

I stayed with my wife, sister in-law, and my 5 year old daughter. We all thoroughly enjoyed the room that overlooked the beach; The sound of the waves was therapeutic. The place was clean and we had everything we needed to cook homemade meals. The only negative was the temperature of the pool (it was near jacuzzi temperatures). Other than that, we were completely happy!
