Overview

This beautiful, third-floor, Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading out to a private 32-foot balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. Your group's chef will love the kitchen and its extensive array of amenities. It features granite countertops and a dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals, a memorable feast is always possible. The entire condo has hardwood floors with the exception of tile in the bathrooms.

The bathrooms have upgraded fixtures, cabinets, and decor with marble and stone accents. The primary bathroom is upgraded with a tiled jetted tub and a separate, large walk-in shower. The living room has a sofa with a smart TV and DVD player. The primary bedroom has a TV and DVD player as well as doors leading to the balcony. The guest bedroom has custom bunk beds and a queen bed. Both the second and third bedrooms also have a TV and DVD player, with the third bedroom having a VCR.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.
The primary guest must be 25 years or older to book this property.

We went with 4 adults and 3 kids. The space was so nice and worked very well for us! Everything was clean and the location was perfect. The condominium was a quiet one and we really appreciated that. Only down side (if any) were that the rooms stayed somewhat hot, but they provided box fans so we did ok! Also it’s Florida and it’s always humid inside and outside! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and just all around amazing! The condo was super spacious and had an amazing view. The location is central to amazing shopping, restaurants and attractions. We could not have asked for a better experience!
