This beautiful, fourth-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side, there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this tropical style, richly decorated, upgraded vacation rental include an upgraded kitchen with granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals.The primary bath has a walk-in shower while the second bath has a tub. The living room has a TV, DVD, and VCR. The primary bedroom has a TV with a DVD player and a guest bedroom has a TV and a VCR. Things to Know Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.
