Overview

This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes patio doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side, there is a view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this upgraded, homely decorated vacation rental include granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The bathroom is newly remodeled and includes a jetted tub, vanity, light fixture, and cabinets. The living room has a 32” TV and a DVD player. The bedroom has a 28” TV with a DVD player.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.
The primary guest must be 25 years or older to book this property.

Comfortable and convenient. Just a word of advice...you can pay the beach attendant 15 to set up your free beach chairs and umbrella earlier than 900 am

The condo was nice, but could use some updating. The barstools were unstable. The washer/dryer only holds very small loads. The overall place was quiet and peaceful.
