This beautiful, sixth-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side of the condo, there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this high quality, newly decorated retreat include upgraded furnishings such as kitchen cabinets stainless steel appliances, granite countertops a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, tiled kitchen walls, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The first bathroom includes a shower stall while the main bath has a tub. Both bathrooms have vanity, light fixtures, and cabinets. The living room has a large TV, DVD player, and a stereo system. The first bedroom has a TV and VCR with the main bedroom having a TV with a DVD and VCR player.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.
The primary guest must be 25 years or older to book this property.

The view was incredible, The Owner was very helpful and impeccable.
The furniture is very nice . Overall we thoroughly loved staying here and plan to come back next year to the same condo.

It was nice had a great time, close to the beach short walk! Unfortunately we could not get in the water because of double red flags!!

The 6th story gulf view is fantastic: not too high but high enough to feel secluded and private with the sounds of the gulf. The pool was heated which was perfect for a couple of cooler November days that we didn't want to play on the beach.
