Overview

This beautiful, sixth-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side of the condo, there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this high quality, newly decorated retreat include upgraded furnishings such as kitchen cabinets stainless steel appliances, granite countertops a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, tiled kitchen walls, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The first bathroom includes a shower stall while the main bath has a tub. Both bathrooms have vanity, light fixtures, and cabinets. The living room has a large TV, DVD player, and a stereo system. The first bedroom has a TV and VCR with the main bedroom having a TV with a DVD and VCR player.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.
The primary guest must be 25 years or older to book this property.

Staff was friendly that I encountered, pool was very clean, but the condo needs a good cleaning

Beachfront property

The condo was not the cleanest. My feet was black and dirty from just walking across the tile floor when we first arrived. The master bedroom had a mildewing odor. There was poor lighting. Seen a few bugs in the unit.

The place was as described. Great view, on beach, but a bit outdated.

We had some issues with the cleanliness though. The dishes were dirty in the cabinets so we had to wash them before getting to use them. The dishwasher was also not working when we got there. The oven had crap at the bottom so when we turned it on the whole thing filled up with smoke. A roach flew out of one of the cabinets.

Management did respond quickly about the dishwasher and had it fixed so that helped.

Also the air conditioning doesn’t go below 68 and when it kicks on it’s very loud so it did wake us up a few times.
