It features a shared pool and hot tub and boasts easy access to the beach and dining. This condo is also equipped with two youth bunk beds, perfect for children. The beach and plenty of restaurants are within walking distance, and Adventure Island is 20 miles away, a great place to take the kids for arcade games, go-karts, mini-golf, bumper boats, and more. The Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo is only 13 miles away, right next to Alabama Gulf State Park, where you'll find two miles of beach, concessions, a fishing pier, and space for picnicking. Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail is 17 miles away and ideal for hiking and biking. THINGS TO KNOW Guests will have access to six outdoor pools & two outdoor hot tubs on the Gulf Shores Plantation grounds plus one indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. Please contact us for our special Snowbird rates! Some shared amenities may be subject to a small resort fee. Purchasing an amenities pass will grant access to amenities in the Plantation Dunes building and the Resort Conference building. The parking fee for this vacation rental is $35. Instructions for purchasing the required parking pass will be included in your confirmation email. If you do not have your registration forms to present at check in, you will need to contact the Gulf Shores Office to pick them up. The guard shack cannot provide them for you. Only valid service animals will be allowed that are registered/checked-in with security at arrival, but if a service animal is causing an issue such as barking (other than a medical emergency), not on leash and properly controlled, seen as aggressive or approaching others, or defecating in any way in the common grounds areas, they will be evicted. The Palms building hot tub opens September 16 - May 14 and will be closed May 15 - September 15. Due to Hurricane Sally in 2020, this property may have noticeable repairs as you enter the resort or complexes. Access to resort amenities and parking areas may be limited.

Overall worked well for what we needed. Would have been a little tight with 4 people. The fridge is smaller than standard. Only real issue we had was that the smoke detector went off every time we tried to run the dryer.

I loved the location of this condo. Easy to get to your room. The condo is a great size with a great view and balcony. Can’t wait to go back!!

Our toilet was broken and we got no help after calling and texting twice. False advertisement on which pools we could use as well. Overall the view was great, price was great and stay was wonderful. Just no one to reach out to about complaints. There were loud neighbors into the night but we had no one to report this to.
